Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Thank you for shopping with Black Girl Aromatherapy.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During periods of high order volume, workshops, conferences, holidays, or special events, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped through USPS or another reputable shipping carrier. Shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

Domestic Shipping

At this time, Black Girl Aromatherapy ships within the United States.

Order Tracking

If tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once their order has been shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of Black Girl Aromatherapy's control. If a package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Black Girl Aromatherapy is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
