Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Product Sales

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of aromatherapy and personal care products, Black Girl Aromatherapy does not accept returns or provide refunds on:

Opened products
Used products
Custom-made products
Personalized blends
Digital products or downloadable resources

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution

Consultations & Aromatherapy Sessions

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged the full session fee.

No-shows will be charged the full session fee and are not eligible for a refund.

Workshops & Events

Workshop and event registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of registration.

If Black Girl Aromatherapy cancels an event, participants will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to transfer their registration to a future event.

Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours' notice.

Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be treated as a late cancellation.
